Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and appointment setting.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement.
• Applies product knowledge to identify and solve customer problems and drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and supports branch daily operations.
