Job summary

PNC is hiring a Personal Banker to join the Athens Highway 72 branch in Athens, AL. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening relationships through proactive sales and excellent customer service, while guiding customers to the right PNC solutions.

You will work in-office, engaging customers, leveraging digital tools, and collaborating with partners to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty. Prior retail banking experience is preferred; full-time position with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail banking preferred.
• Ability to identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
• Knowledge of digital banking tools and branch technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service.
• Manage customer experience to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet.
• Deliver proactive sales conversations and use a defined sales process.
• Educate customers on PNC options and leverage technology for their needs.
