Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail banking experience preferred.
• Must comply with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine and complex problems on customer accounts.
• Promote and sell bank products and services using the bank's service model to uncover customer needs.
• Process routine banking transactions and service requests (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, debit card disputes).
• Maintain and balance cash supply.
• Assist customers with loan applications and close retail loans as needed.
• Meet minimum production levels for loans and account referrals; contribute to branch goals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and refer to other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, policies, and the competitive environment.
• Complete trainings within set timeframes and comply with policies.
