Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and revenue.
• Conduct proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
• Educate customers on PNC solutions to meet their needs and mitigate risks.
