Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first point of contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate transactions, account openings, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple, understandable way.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming Woodforest Experience and engage customers through meaningful conversations.
• Support digital banking tools and provide tech-assisted customer service.
• Build relationships with customers, retail partners, and community members as a trusted neighborhood bank.
• Uphold confidentiality, security, and compliance with bank policies and guidelines.
• Perform branch servicing duties including teller transactions, cash handling, and audits.
