Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience by building retail relationships through outstanding service and proactive product guidance.

You will engage customers in meaningful conversations, explain banking solutions in simple terms, and support digital tools while maintaining confidentiality and compliance in a fast-paced branch environment. Flexible hours and community presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
