Job summary

You will work to resolve customer inquiries, cross-sell banking products, and assist in daily branch operations with a focus on digital adoption and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4 years experience in banking, sales, or relationship management is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and associates.
• Foster and strengthen banking relationships and resolve issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts across multiple banking lines of business.
• Act as the customer's personal banker to strengthen relationships and promote products.
• Execute retail banking initiatives and consultative relationship management.
• Cross-sell products and perform related clerical tasks.
• Originate and maintain customer accounts including deposits and digital services.
• Address inquiries and complete transactions promptly and accurately.
• Promote digital product adoption for customers and staff.
• Assist branch management with daily operations and reporting.
• Complete training to sustain broad product and service knowledge.
• Maintain compliance and risk management awareness.
• Deliver high-level service within Serving More standards.
• Travel within Park National footprint is expected.
• Other duties as assigned.
