Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to join its Retail organization in Lexington, KY at the Hamburg Place Branch. You will help customers with everyday banking needs, promote PNC solutions, and build trusted relationships to drive financial wellbeing.

You’ll engage customers through in-branch and outbound interactions, deliver a full PNC conversation, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet while maintaining strong risk practices and operational accuracy.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Associates or equivalent degree is expected or strongly preferred for this level.
• Background checks may be required under CFPB regulations for this role.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations using a defined sales process and outbound interactions.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by positioning PNC solutions.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify and resolve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies, participating in branch daily operations, and ensuring accuracy.
