As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Ambler, PA at the East Ambler branch.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting, to elevate client loyalty. Use a comprehensive PNC conversation approach to identify solutions and leverage community partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
3. Create customer loyalty and increase share of wallet by providing a differentiated customer experience. Engage customers in the lobby to connect and promote PNC products, educating them on managing transactions using available technology and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
