Job Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing.
• Engage in proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to enhance client loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by providing a differentiated customer experience, educating customers on financial management options, and leveraging technology and community partnerships.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, driving loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.
