As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Center City Philadelphia, PA. This branch is located at 1111 MARKET ST, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19107.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointments, and lobby engagement. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify solutions. Leverage partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and educate them on managing transactions with technology and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues and foster loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
