You will spend most of your time as a personal banker, engaging customers in sales conversations in order to identify appropriate financial solutions.

Within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, based in Philadelphia, PA at the 40th Street branch, this role involves acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing customer experience, and collaborating with partners to grow customer relationships. Bilingual skills in Mandarin, Bengali, or Desi are preferred.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and leveraging community partnerships.
2. Drive sales conversations via various interactions, including outbound calls, service-to-sales, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty.
3. Create customer loyalty by providing a differentiated experience and educating on financial management options.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues and enhance loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education, typically requiring 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. No specific certifications or licenses are required.
