Job Profile

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA at the Shoppes at Lasalle Branch, located at 5311 CHEW AVE PHILADELPHIA, PA 19138-2800.

Job Description

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing, collaborating with partners to grow share of wallet, and positioning PNC solutions to generate revenue and loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, setting appointments, and lobby engagement, delivering comprehensive PNC solutions to clients.
3. Create customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through differentiated experiences, lobby activities, and educating customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.
