Job Details

Location: Centennial, CO 80122. Salary: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour. Shift Leader positions are responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining operational standards during their shift, while supervising no other employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that every customer receives world‑class customer service.
• Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Complete and oversee daily food preparation, including opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, and bread production.
• Complete and oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness; complete daily paperwork as necessary.
• Maintain 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Display a sense of urgency in all tasks.
• Handle and resolve customer threats and issues.
• Work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Handle stress and operate in a high‑volume enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, and continuous standing and moving throughout the day.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as business dictates.
