The role emphasizes delivering world‑class service, overseeing opening and closing procedures, supervising food preparation, and handling all cash drawers with integrity. Evening and weekend availability is required, with benefits for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness and completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Salary range: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

Shift Lead runs a shift without authority over other employees. The Shift Lead’s job is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to confirm that operational standards are maintained at all times during the shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
