• Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver's license is required in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals' hopes, dreams, and desires and provide supports to help achieve them.
• Support individuals in building relationships and participating in their community.
• Assist with daily living tasks and transportation as needed.
• Document progress notes, goals, and incident reports accurately.
• Ensure safety procedures and rights of individuals are upheld and promoted.
