Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking a Field Technician/Installer to perform installation, testing and education of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with the ability to set your own availability and capacity; work is SLA-driven and scheduled in advance.

The installer coordinates with members and caregivers, conducts equipment setup and testing, educates users, and resolves issues. Travel and paperwork compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding service levels (SLAs).
• Willingness to complete background checks and training as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of equipment in clients' homes
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation
• Maintain accurate records of installations and calls using company software
• Obtain signatures via Docusign on paperwork during installations
• Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements and policies
