Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking a Field Technician/Installer to support PERS deployments in clients' homes across the region. This 1099 role lets you set your schedule and capacity while installations are assigned to fit SLA requirements.

You will perform device delivery, setup, testing and client education, while recording activities and ensuring safety compliance. A vehicle and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance documentation.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain records of installations and interactions using company software.
• Obtain signatures via Docusign during installation appointments.
• Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements and company policies.
