Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking a Field Technician/Installer to perform on-site installation and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes across the region. You will coordinate appointments, educate clients, and troubleshoot issues, while maintaining records and ensuring safety and compliance.

This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling, travel between client homes, and performance-based compensation per trip.

Qualifications

Must have a vehicle with valid driver's license, registration and auto insurance documentation.
Willing to complete background checks and training.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes.
Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls and client interactions using company software.
Collaborate with member support and installer coordinators to provide seamless support to members.
Obtain signatures via Docusign on all required paperwork during installation appointments.
Adherent to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements and company policies during installations.
