Responsibilities

• Prepare permit, utility and state application packages.
• Assist in compiling information necessary to complete application packages.
• Track progress and update information in database.
• Review and distribute documents and correspondence.
• Perform administrative functions including incoming calls, copying, scanning, emailing, preparing shipments, and filing.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and applicable organizations.
• May require permit running.
