Job summary

ION Solar, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Permit Team member to submit permit applications within 24 hours of queue arrival and to track approval progress across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires clear communication with customers, timely updates, and close coordination with other departments to move accounts forward in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Submit all permit applications within 24 hours of hitting the queue.
• Follow up with accounts weekly to determine approval status.
• Communicate with customers in the queue weekly to provide updates and answer questions.
• Coordinate with other departments clearly to determine what is needed to move the account forward.
• Maintain both personal and team email - respond to all communication within 48 hours.
