Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a sales professional for Midland, TX, to expand key customer relationships and drive revenue in the Permian Basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, leveraging a strong network and technical knowledge of artificial lift solutions.

• Experience selling artificial lift or artificial lift tools (ESPs strongly preferred).
• Large established network in the Permian Basin.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.
• Excellent relationship building and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships in the Permian Basin.
• Identify and win new opportunities from scratch, owning the full sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and operations teams.
• Travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and close business.
