Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services related field.
• 5 years’ experience in non-profit, direct care setting serving vulnerable populations.
• 3 years supervisory experience demonstrating staff coaching, team building, and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of the PSH program to ensure mission alignment.
• Oversee enrollment into internal/external services and liaise with property management and security.
• Ensure program compliance with contractual requirements and funder expectations.
• Collaborate to develop and monitor budgets; submit monthly expenditure tracking.
