Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Housing Specialist to join the F/ACT team in Arizona.

You will implement permanent supportive housing, coordinate with agencies for housing opportunities, and provide in-field client support while working with landlords to ensure safe, suitable placements. The role requires a HS diploma (associates preferred), 1–3 years in behavioral health, a valid AZ driver's license, and relevant certifications (SOAR, VI-SPDAT preferred).

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree or higher in behavioral health preferred.
• 1-3 years in behavioral health across settings preferred.
• Recovery from substance use/mental health disorders preferred.
• AZ Driver's License in good standing.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
• Behavioral Health Technician certification per policy.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• SOAR certification preferred.
• VI-SPDAT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to implement permanent supportive housing.
• Collaborate with community housing agencies on housing opportunities.
• Provide in-field support to clients and engage landlords to ensure safe, appropriate placements.
