Job summary

The Radclyffe School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils, including those with SEND, under the guidance of class teachers. You will help with learning activities, track progress, and deliver targeted interventions, contributing to accurate records and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

Support planned learning activities under the direction of the class teacher.
Assist with monitoring, assessing, and recording pupil progress.
Provide feedback on learning, behaviour, and engagement.
Deliver and support targeted SEND interventions.
Support the use of Provision Maps, Pupil Passports, APDR documents, and EHCP guidance.
Contribute to accurate record keeping and progress tracking.
Assist with marking and using the Graduated Approach where appropriate.
Act as a Personal Learning Guide (PLG) in line with school policy.
