Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Supervisor to join the Permanency team. You will lead and support case managers who help children reunite with families or find permanent homes, collaborating closely with court systems to ensure essential services are provided.

The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a comparable field, or a bachelor's degree with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable field required, OR a bachelor's in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Candidate will complete Predictive Index assessment as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers helping children reunite with families or find permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive needed services and support.
