Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to guide a Permanency team, helping children reunite with families or find permanent homes through adoption. The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a BA in social work with four years of direct service and licensure, with training provided.

You will lead case managers, coordinate with courts, and ensure families receive essential services, with a supportive environment and opportunities to grow in advocacy

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable field, or a bachelor’s degree in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Training provided to excel in this role.
• Ability to guide and empower staff to support families and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers who work to reunite children with families or place them in permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and other case managers to ensure families receive needed services.
• Support the mission of strengthening families and achieving excellence in service, education, and advocacy.
