Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team and guide case managers and support workers in helping children reunite with their families or attain permanent homes through adoption.

The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field (or a bachelor's degree with four years of direct service experience and licensure). Training is provided to ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable field, or bachelor’s with 4+ years direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Training will be provided to excel in the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers to reunite children with families or find permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and other case managers to ensure services are provided.
• Support strong advocacy for children and families.
