Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will oversee onboarding, training and performance, while ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires strong math, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including nights, weekends and holidays. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance as scheduled.
• Train and mentor team members as appropriate.
• Responsible for department onboarding, retention, training and retraining.
• Apply strong math skills to identify opportunities and justify action plans.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure team progress.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement training plans.
• Conduct warehouse inspections for safety and sanitation compliance.
• Certify team members in required Material Handling Equipment.
• Understand and update emergency procedures.
• Monitor time/attendance punches daily.
• Coordinate forms for staffing and payroll processing.
• Collaborate with supervisors on training for new hires and role changes.
• Perform Warehouse Supervisor duties when not actively training.
