Job summary

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing continuous training plans, while supporting shift operations and coordinating with supervisors for new-hire training.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor team members; oversee onboarding and retraining.
• Apply math skills to identify opportunities and justify actions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and implement improvements.
• Certify team members in MHE as required; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with supervisors to support new hires and training transitions.
• Perform warehouse supervisory duties when not training.
