Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations and the general appearance of the facility. You will manage budgets for equipment and coordinate all maintenance services to ensure smooth DC operations.

The role requires 2–4 years of building and material handling equipment maintenance experience, a High School Diploma, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in building and material handling equipment maintenance.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma, preferred Trade or Technical School.
• Ability to work in warehouse environment with heat, cold, noise and dust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and the general appearance of the distribution center.
• Manage budgets and controls for material handling equipment and related devices.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance services, vendors and repairs to ensure uptime and safety.
• Enforce OSHA/MSDS standards and company safety policies to minimize injuries.
