Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Supervisor for a cold perishable and freezer warehouse in Independence, KY. You will supervise the receiving team, ensure accurate receipt and put-away, and uphold safety and food-safety standards on the dock and floor.

Role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, with attention to GMP/HAACP guidelines and accurate data entry into the WMS. Competitive benefits apply, with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 2 years related warehouse experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving operations including unpacking, checking and staging of goods.
• Ensure product temperatures are reviewed, maintained and documented in the WMS.
• Coach and supervise receiving team; onboard and train staff as needed.
• Monitor safety, GMP, COOL and HAACP compliance; manage incident rates and sanitation.
• Maintain all paperwork and records; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
