Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Completion of company training program preferred.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Forklift operator certification may be required.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership for assigned departments (Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience) and ensure flawless club standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and certify team members to build a capable, compliant staff.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to align with budget targets and business trends.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management while maintaining in-stock conditions.
• Champion member experience standards (GAA, GOLD) across departments.
• Ensure operational readiness and safety, including audits, training, and compliance.
• Lead talent development, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Utilize club reporting tools to identify opportunities and drive results.
