Job summary

You will partner with the Club Manager, manage onboarding, coaching, and certification, and act as MOD when needed to keep the club operating smoothly. A ServSafe certification is required and forklift operation may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Forklift operator certification required.
• Open shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership for assigned departments.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members to ensure capable staff.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to align with trends and budgets.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management across departments.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and other standards.
