Job summary

Stop & Shop is seeking a highly motivated Perishable Manager to supervise Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce, and Bake Shop departments in Aberdeen, NJ. You will drive sales, maintain sanitation, and lead training initiatives to develop a high-performing team.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail grocery, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and a passion for exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of developing teams.
• Ability to influence across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce, and Bake Shop departments.
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards, complying with regulations.
• Direct training and development of perishable department team members.
