Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage perishable departments including inventory levels.
• Maintain stock levels based on store volume using planning tools.
• Train associates in presentation, freshness and pricing standards.
• Ensure proper and safe handling of food in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in scheduling coverage.
• Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
