Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret policy and safety guidelines.
• Basic math for receipts, inventory, and pricing.
• Experience with cash register functions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with perishable departments including inventory control.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise presentation for all perishables.
• Train associates on proper stocking, rotation, and safety handling of foods.
• Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and store policies.
