You’ll foster customer service excellence, coordinate with store leadership, and mentor partners to meet performance targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Two+ years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; plan and direct work; assess performance and address issues.
• Review historical data to predict sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory and stock levels.
• Maintain and improve sales, financial results, public relations, product quality, and work standards.
• Enforce quality control and food safety standards; rotate dated products properly.
• Promote product sales through suggestive selling and appealing displays.
• Ensure stock conditions on frozen food and dairy displays; check truck inventories and paperwork.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following safety procedures.
