Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and disciplining partners; scheduling, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; managing inventory to ensure in-stock levels; reviewing P&L, sales, shrink, and labor data; reporting to upper management.
• Maintaining and improving sales performance, financial results, public relations, product quality, and work standards.
• Enforcing quality control and food safety standards and ensuring proper stocking and rotation of dated products.
• Promoting product sales through suggestive selling and appealing displays.
• Maintaining stock conditions on frozen dairy displays; checking inventory and paperwork.
• Providing friendly customer service and addressing questions/complaints.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment by following safety procedures.
