Job summary

You will train associates on food handling, plan-o-gram execution and markdown procedures, while maintaining accurate inventory and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Reading and applying diagrams, safety rules and SOPs.
• Proficient in cash handling, deposits and reports.
• Experience with perishable inventory planning and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining financial integrity through cash accountability and security practices.
• Follow SOPs, employee handbook, and company communications.
• Maintain perishable stock levels using tools like Ads/Planners and order guides.
• Train associates in perishable presentation, freshness and pricing standards.
• Record inventory levels and assist in addressing customer needs efficiently.
• Ensure sanitation and safety in perishable departments; support other areas as needed.
