Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous lead experience and/or grocery store experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with inventory integrity and cash accountability.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels and merchandising standards.
• Train associates in freshness, presentation, and pricing of perishable items.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance with all handling rules.
• Provide responsive customer service and address shopper needs promptly.
