Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in managing perishable departments including produce, meats, dairy, and bakery.
• Maintain correct stock levels and order guides to reduce shrink.
• Train and supervise associates on presentation, pricing, and safety.
• Record inventories and markdowns and analyze trends to prevent losses.
• Ensure compliance with food handling rules and store policies.
