• Maintain perishable stock levels using ads, planners and order guides.
• Train associates in proper presentation, freshness and pricing standards.
• Ensure compliance with food handling rules and safety regulations.
• Record inventory levels and monitor markdowns to reduce losses.
• Provide excellent customer service and address requests promptly.
