• Coordinate surgical and pre-admissions testing case schedule for perioperative department.
• Assign anesthesia based on patient, surgeon, and insurance needs and print/distribute schedules.
• Obtain information needed to properly schedule procedures and prevent delays.
• Schedule complex or exploratory procedures requiring extra time, staff, or equipment.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, anesthesia, and surgical teams in a professional manner.
• Maintain on-time scheduling and minimize delays using available resources.
