Responsibilities

• Perform population-specific assessments and re-assessments.
• Collaborate with surgical team to plan care for surgical patients.
• Adhere to five medication rights and ensure safe administration.
• Maintain aseptic technique and proper counts of sponges, needles, instruments.
• Document nursing process and responses to care in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
