Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and hold a CT Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR certification required upon hire.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform population-specific assessments and care planning per nursing process.
• Collaborate with surgical team to implement individualized patient care plans.
