Job summary

Nebraska Medicine’s Bellevue Medical Center in Bellevue, NE is seeking a full-time RN for Preop/PACU on the First Shift. You will provide, prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for a designated patient group in a dynamic surgical setting.

Position is full-time and benefit-eligible from 0700 to 1930, with call requirements on weekends/holidays. Requires BSN unless exceptions apply, active BLS, PALS/ACLS, TNCC or ATCN within specified timelines, and Nebraska or compact nursing

Qualifications

• BSN required unless exceptions apply as described in hiring criteria.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork and flexibility.
• Current Nebraska RN license or compact license required.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification department dependent required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer date.
• TNCC or ATCN within one year or hire date when department dependent.

Responsibilities

• Provide, prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for a designated patient group.
