Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care appropriate to patient age per unit standards.
• Perform ongoing assessment and develop/adjust plan of care with the care team.
• Collaborate with providers and other disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge needs.
