Job summary

Nebraska Medicine’s Bellevue Medical Center is seeking a capable RN for the Preop/PACU team. This full-time role requires shift coverage from 7:00 to 19:30 with call obligations, weekend/holiday rotation, and involvement in a range of surgical services.

The department emphasizes collaboration, safety, and high-quality patient care. Qualifications include a BSN or exceptional alternative, Nebraska or compact-state RN licensure, BLS, PALS (dept dependent), ACLS within 6 months, and TNCC/ATCN

Qualifications

• BSN required unless Exception A/B criteria met.
• Nebraska RN license or valid compact state license.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification department dependent.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer date.
• TNCC or ATCN within 1 year of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Provide, prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for a designated patient group.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet holistic care needs across care settings.
