Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for PACU, Pre-Op, and Holding areas in Texas. The role involves comprehensive perioperative nursing care, patient assessment, IV initiation and management, medication administration, and pain control.

You will monitor vital signs, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists, educate patients and families, and document care in the EHR to support safe outcomes.

Formación

• Current RN license required.
• Experience in perioperative/PACU care preferred.
• Proficiency in IV therapy, medication administration, and patient monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre- and post-anesthesia nursing care and patient assessment.
• Initiate/manage IVs, administer medications, and manage pain.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status during recovery.
• Coordinate care with surgeons and anesthesiologists; educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure patient safety.
